The very nature of the institution as an educational community requires that both the standards of conduct and the procedural processes related to it be rational, equitable and just.
To meet these needs therefore, the standards of conduct and the related policies which are presented in this students Handbook meet the demands of higher education under relevant legislations of the country and reflect the spirit of the Nation’s constitutional arrangement.
To provide the ground rules for operation and to protect students from enforcement of unpublished and vague rules and regulations, reasonable and realistic requirements of conduct have been formulated which clearly inform students about the College policy and protect those wishing to enforce their rights through peaceful action.

PROSPECT OF COLLEGE OF HEALTH - YAMFO
PROSPECTS OF THE SCHOOL We are optimistic that graduates of this school will be empowered to provide the necessary preventive, curative and rehabilitative professional care to any community to which they will be assigned. They will be able to assess higher professional education than the certificate of this school such as Degree Physician Assistants and other Health related programs, and may proceed to do Masters and Doctorate in other health related programs.
The College, as an institution within a democratic environment has an intrinsic duty to require cooperation of its staff and students in the performance of its educational functions, and to take apposite action when the manner and action of its members hinder or obstruct the achievement of these functions or threaten the integrity of academic environment and the security of the institution.
